I’m a mum of three with more than 20 years’ experience in HR, recruitment and supporting people through their careers. I created The Comeback Collective because I know how different work can look once children come along — and how difficult it can be to find opportunities that genuinely fit around family life.
Based in West London, The Comeback Collective started with a simple idea: to create the kind of local, supportive network I felt was missing — while building an online community that mums can be part of wherever they live.
I wanted to create a place where women could find genuinely flexible jobs, practical career support and a community that understands that returning to work doesn’t always mean returning to the way things were before.
